Training in a group can be lots of fun and very motivating to workout with others wanting to push themselves and all at a cheaper rate. You get one of our personal trainers taking you through the training sessions pushing you as a group.
We have options of training in groups of 2, 3 and 4 and the results are amazing, this includes nutritional guidelines and training plans to ensure you get the results you work for.
We usually recommend if there are more than 4 people wanting to train together that they use our scheduled classes as its more effective for results.
