Our online coaching is built around you, so we get you started with a quick questionnaire to gather information about your lifestyle and goals, followed by a induction phone call to really get to know each other, all to make sure you get the most from your online coaching.

Platinum Plan

£180/mo.

Induction Phone Call

An initial chat to discuss your goals and how we're going to achieve them. We will run through your answers from the questionnaire that you filled in and work around your lifestyle and schedule.

Nutrition Plan 

A detailed guide on food/calorie intake based on your activity levels, lifestyle, and goals.

This will be broken down into meals to optimise energy levels, satiety, and macro/micro-nutrient intake so that we can get the best possible results in the shortest time.

Training Plan

Not only will you have a weekly goal of workouts to fulfil, but we will provide you with optimal exercises to hit your targets. Whether that be performance or aesthetic based, the full plan will be structured for specifically that and tailored for each individual, tweaking along the way based on your feedback.

Supplement Plan

Though not always a necessity, supplements can be huge in breaking through plateaus, and reaching levels in training and performance beyond previous experience. We will only select the correct supplementation for your goal and work smart with the use of them.

Weekly Check - In

Each week on an agreed day, you will check in with your coach, giving feedback on how the week went, your weight, measurements, any concerns, training, your upcoming schedule if it is going to effect anything, and so on.

Not only this, but any questions you may have throughout the week is more than welcome.

Priority Check - In

Get priority responses and feedback when checking in with you coach weekly and on a daily basis for any questions you have.

Skype Check - In

You will have more time and priority with your coach, who will be able to ask more in depth questions and gauge more on your physique and how you've progressed each week.

Training

With over a decade of experience in strength sports and bodybuilding we take pride in the training programs we provide, there is no size fits all, being part of our team you get your own online trainer that prescribes workouts based on your goals and that suit you. The “online” training industry is saturated with pre-written programs that coaches claim to be specific to you…. 

 

This is where we stand out, YOUR coach will take you through an in depth questionnaire to gather information and look at your body to deliver a series of training programs that best suit you, there is so “perfect” program but there are scientific principles to guide us, with our experience and results we get, we can provide a plan step by step to guide you through your training to get you to your goals.

Nutrition

Having a nutrition plan that you can stick to is the BEST “diet” you can do.

We work on a continum of where YOU best fit, there are scientific principles that dictate WHAT the laws of weight loss and muscle building are, with our experience of having many clients come through our program we know human behaviour underpins the whole diet process and will be the difference between reaching your goals and not.

 

YOUR coach will work closely with you and gather information to provide you with step by step plan with calculated calorie and macronutrient meals that suit your daily routines.

LIFESTYLE

We know that your lifestyle may be important to you, and for many people lifestyle issues seem to create the biggest excuses and barriers to getting results from your training.

Our online coaching takes not only your current lifestyle into consideration to help you meet your nutrition and training needs, but we’ll coach you to help build on and improve your lifestyle, too.

We’ll look at your work-life balance, social engagements and more to ensure your plans are tailored to the way you live your life.

YOUR coach will take the time to learn what elements of your lifestyle are the most important to you, helping you make and stick to commitments in your life as well as in your training.

In terms of nutrition we want to work with you to make sure that your food can be tailored in the most realistic ways possible, this will allow you to keep on track in your day-to-day life. To make sure we are making positive progress we will ask you keep a food diary so that we can look into your nutritional habits and see what changes we might have to make to ensure you reach your required goal.

Our nutritionists will discuss with you what foods you prefer to be in your plans and give you clear advice on how food should be prepared in terms of weights of protein to carb ratio. Our main aim is to that you are eating healthy and on a regular basis so that you can make the most out of your training sessions. 

At SF we provide various training plans over fixed periods of time. Training will consist of weight training and cardio with rest sessions tailored into your plan. When starting your journey with SF, we will provide you with a detailed questionnaire that will go over your past training experience, dietary habits and medical history. This will help us create a detailed personal training plan for you.

 

We create a fully bespoke training plan for you that will provide every aspect of exercise. This will be designed to help you achieve your goals in your chosen plan duration.

 

Your training plans will be observed by your SF trainer on a regular basis looking at everything form of training from repetitions to weight variation. This way we can strategically track your progress and predict your goals. 

Each SF trainer has expert experience in personal training that can be used by you at anytime. We are here to answer any questions you may have regarding nutrition and training.

 

We will require regular check-ins from you to ensure you are staying on track and that you are happy with the your progress.

 

The most important thing for you to do is stay hungry for your goal. At the end of the day you are paying money to reach it and we want to ensure you are getting the most out of our time and expertise. By keeping focused and disciplined on your chosen plan we will promise you that you will reach your desired goal.
