I began a career in personal training after hanging up my boots as a semi professional rugby league player over 7 years ago. I have been involved in sport and the gym since my high school at varying levels. In recent years I have competitively competed in Powerlifting at both British and European level.
Throughout my career in the fitness industry I have learnt from the best, to help develop my knowledge and application to help clients achieve fantastic results.
A mixture of both strength and muscle building principles have set the platform in how I work with helping people achieve exceptional results.
My primary focus when working with a client beginning with improving their health, habits and the mentality needed to achieve results.
All in all I strive to help educate and problem solve with my clients, allowing them to build a maintainable and happy life.
